Cosil V-Series Vinyl Silicone Oils are vinyl terminated polydimethylsiloxanes with a vinyl content that decreases with increasing viscosity. In order to achieve different hardness, vinyl polymers can be used as base polymers or additives. These polymers are vulcanized with hydrogen-containing silicone oil curing agents and platinum catalysts.

2.It is used to make liquid silicone rubber and is the main raw material for injection thermoforming silicone rubber; for example, it is the main raw material for mold glue and electronic potting glue.

3.It can react with various organic materials such as polyurethane and acrylic to make new materials with better performance (weather resistance, enhanced toughness, etc.).(For example, coatings are important raw materials for the production of various coatings and modified silicone oils)

Shelf life and storage:

Store in a cool, dry place under the condition of keeping the original package sealed. The storage period is 12 months from the production date; the expiration date is indicated on the label of each batch of products.

 

The product must be kept tightly sealed during storage. If it is not sealed and stored, or the packaging container with poor sealing is replaced, the product may deteriorate.
